Fabricating and Assembly

• We work in all the traditional metal fabrication materials – aluminum, steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.

We make fabrication to withstand rugged environments, including bullet and explosion resistant enclosures.

• We specialize in integrating other materials including woods, plastics, glass, composites and fabrics into the sheet metal fabrications we manufacture..
• We offer full assembly capabilities including wiring and PEM insertion. Extensive finishing services including graining, painting, powder coating, plating, etching and silk screening. The proprietary products manufactured by Sheet Metal Systems and featured on this website provide good examples of our assembly finishing capabilities.

Sheet Metal Systems manufactures several lines of specialty products for the security and surveillance markets.

We produce a line of camera enclosures and mounts, including explosion and bullet resistant models. Choose from our standard units, or we can design custom units to meet your exact specifications.
